Jacksonville Jaguars QB Nick Foles Has Sold His NJ Home for $725K

NFL quarterback Nick Foles has scored a sale of his Haddonfield, NJ, home. Six months after landing on the market for just under $800,000, the residence changed hands for $725,000.

The home was the short-lived nest of the former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback. He picked up the brand-new build in 2017 for $700,000.

After helping the Eagles win a Super Bowl, Foles signed a rich free-agent deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2019. With a new team and new location, the signal caller needed to pass his Philly-area residence to a new owner.

Foles put the home up for sale in May 2019 for $799,000. The price dipped down to $770,000 in June, and dropped further still to $750,000 in August. The last price chop seemed to have done the trick, with the home changing hands for $725,000 on Nov. 1.

Even after the price cuts, Foles did manage to break even. The transaction looks like a real win for the buyer as well.

According to listing agent Val Nunnenkamp with BHHS Fox & Roach Marlton-Voorhees Home Marketing Center, the home caught the new owner’s eye, thanks to “large windows with natural sunlight, open floor plan, and huge private backyard.” She also cited the home’s location and high-end finishes as major factors in sealing the deal.

Only two years old, the 4,200-square-foot home includes four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enter into a foyer with high ceilings, and find a layout that includes a large dining room with Juliet balcony overlooking the new yard.

The open gourmet kitchen features stainless appliances, a large island, and bar seating. Adjoining the kitchen, a high-ceilinged family room leads down to the tiled sunroom.

Upstairs, the master wing includes two large walk-in closets, a bath with dual vanities, custom shower, and separate soaking tub. On the lower level, a finished basement could be a lounge space, gym, or guest room.

Outside, there’s a fenced yard and a patio that allows for outdoor dining. Another perk is the mudroom leading out to the garage, with custom shelving, and a dog wash.

The floor plan boasts finishes such as espresso oak hardwood flooring throughout, grey walls, and plenty of natural sunlight through walls of windows.

Now 30 years old, Foles memorably led the Eagles to their first Super Bowl win in 2017, and was named the game’s MVP. In 2019, he signed a four-year, $88 million deal with the Jaguars.
