Kim Kardashian West doesn’t want to keep up with at least one of her many SoCal properties any longer. No, it’s not the massive estate in Hidden Hills she and hubby Kanye West own, in case you were hoping to snatch that beauty up. Rather, it’s her cozy Calabasas condo (pied-à-terre, if you want to get fancy) that is now on the market, according to Variety.
The place is tiny compared with the usual over-the-top Kardashian opulence: just 2,260 square feet. Located in the heart of Calabasas, it has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a covered deck. The asking price: a cool $3.5 million.
Even if that’s a bit (or way the hell) out of your budget, it’s always interesting to see just what that kind of cash gets you. Here’s an inside tour of this slice of Kardashian life that’s now up for grabs.

As you can see, West’s signature stark monastery style is on full display, with little to no color and not a dish, cup, or iota of clutter to be found. The tones are all neutral, with European oak flooring and custom furniture and light fixtures designed by Belgian designer Vincent Van Duysen. Though there’s plenty of natural light, the look inside has a dark, cavelike feel.
As of now, the listing shows only pictures of the main living area—a great room that features a dining space, kitchen, and living area. There are no peeks at any of the bedrooms, but top-of-line appliances are featured throughout, with a Gaggenau oven, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and Bosch dishwasher in the kitchen, plus a Jee-o Soho tub and Toto toilets in the bathrooms.

As for the bathroom sinks, the listing doesn’t indicate if they’re the same basinless versions that baffled fans earlier this year when Kardashian West gave Vogue a look inside her Hidden Hills place, but we’re kind of hoping so. They would certainly fit in with the style of the rest of the place.

The condo is located in the Avanti complex, which was built in 2016. There are 73 luxury units in all, and residents have access to a swimming pool, poolside fireplace and barbecues, and a two-story clubhouse. We’re guessing the star couple didn’t take advantage of the amenities much, though, as they have reportedly used the space more for work than for living.

The unit comes with two parking spaces in a covered garage as well as a semiprivate elevator that takes you right to your suite and private foyer. Monthly homeowners association fees ring in at $685.

It’s not clear why Kardashian West is selling the place (or why she purchased something so close to their Hidden Hills compound in the first place, for that matter), but she’ll still have an in at the complex.
When Kardashian West bought her apartment there in 2017, “momager” Kris Jenner followed suit and bought two units, which are reportedly inhabited by relatives, including Jenner’s mom, Mary Jo Houghton, and Cici Bussey (a cousin of the Kardashians).
