World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. champion Bill Goldberg may be asking “Who’s next?” when it comes to owning his Bonsall, CA, home. He’s listed the spectacular spread, dubbed Eagle Mountain Estate, for $3.2 million.

Built in 1997, the former NFL player and wrestler purchased the home in 1999 for $1 million, real estate records show.

Over the years, Goldberg has snapped up surrounding parcels of land and added them to his holdings. Now a total of 28 acres, the Southern California property features an estate as well as a car collector’s dream garage, often showcased with Goldberg’s fleet of vintage cars.

Enter via a gated private driveway surrounded by mature landscaping and a small creek. The residence, with custom exterior stonework, features fresh paint inside and out, and welcomes visitors through an entryway boasting a koi pond.

With its 4,630 square feet, the single-level, four-bedroom, four-bathroom, resort-style home comes with a large kitchen and family room, and airy, vaulted ceilings in the dining room, living room, and office.

The new owner will be able to choose between horses and horsepower. For those interested in equestrian pursuits, there’s a four-stall horse facility and 15 miles of riding trails.

For gearheads, there’s a 6,800-square-foot custom-built garage that housed Goldberg’s car collection, and was previously highlighted on “Garage Dreams” and “Garage Mahal.” The sprawling man cave also includes the guesthouse, gym, and a kitchen.

In addition, other amenities of the property include a pool and spa with waterfall and slide, half-basketball court, fire pit, and sitting area, all elements added by the wrestling champ.

With the Mediterranean climate and abundant acreage, a new owner could even choose to plant vineyards.

It’s the car-friendly features, though, that are really revving up potential buyers of the estate.

“Almost every person who wants to buy it is a car collector,” says listing agent Richard Combs of Hunter & Maddox Real Estate. “It’s the ultimate dream garage for anybody who’s a car collector.”

Alas for car lovers, Goldberg and his wife, Wanda, have already moved out and taken the cars with them, to be closer to family in Texas.

Goldberg was one of the most popular professional wrestlers in the 1990s. Before his wrestling career, he played football for teams including the Los Angeles Rams, the Atlanta Falcons, and the Carolina Panthers.

Currently, he is a mixed martial arts commentator, and signed with the WWE. The entertainer has also appeared in movies and TV shows, such as  “Universal Soldier: The Return,” and “Family Guy.”
