Buffalo Bills running back Frank Gore is parting with his home in Davie, FL. He’s listed the lakefront residence for $1.8 million.

The Miami native purchased the South Florida property in 2013 for $1.025 million, and a new owner will have plenty of reasons to do an end-zone dance.

Located in the exclusive neighborhood of Stonebrook Estates, the home, which was built in 2006, features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and 6,743 square feet.

Double doors open to the foyer, which leads to the living room with a fireplace and wet bar.

The expansive layout includes a massive kitchen with two islands, counter seating, and a walk-in pantry. The kitchen adjoins a family room that opens outside. A formal dining room features an eye-catching chandelier and is flanked by two columns.

For relaxation, the spacious spread features a large game room with bar, decorated with sports memorabilia. The master suite includes a sitting room with lake views, and a spalike bath with separate vanities and a stand-alone tub. Other perks include an office and a home theater.

Set on half an acre, the grounds sport a half basketball court, pool with spa, and a summer kitchen.

The guard-gated community offers a clubhouse, playground, and basketball court.

Gore recently scored in a real estate transaction in California. He sold his Santa Clara townhome, which he placed on the market in July, for the asking price of $1.3 million. The running back had purchased the Bay Area abode for $860,000 in 2007, while starring for the San Francisco 49ers.

Now with the Bills, the 36-year-old is the oldest active running back in the NFL. Drafted to the 49ers in 2005, he played with the team until 2014.

He then joined the Indianapolis Colts and eventually moved on to the Miami Dolphins. In 2019, he signed a one-year, $2 million deal with the Buffalo Bills.

Kimberly Knausz of One Sotheby’s International Realty holds the listing.
