Come on down! The former prize presenter on “The Price Is Right,” Dian Parkinson, is letting go of her estate in Westlake Village, CA. No guessing of the home’s price is necessary: It’s available for $3.125 million.

The Mediterranean residence is located in an “elite gated community.” And the exclusive enclave offers “total privacy, gated protection, and absolutely gorgeous grounds,” according to the listing description.

The huge home, built in 1992, seems to have last changed hands in 2015, for $2.715 million. The updated interior includes five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and 6,893 square feet of living space.

Inside, the layout opens with a dramatic double staircase and crystal chandelier. Multiple entertaining spaces—including a living room with a fireplace and a coffered ceiling—are found throughout the home. A formal dining room opens outside.

In addition, the main level includes a wood-paneled office with built-ins and a wet bar. The spacious chef’s kitchen with a walk-in pantry adjoins a breakfast room that also leads outside.

Upstairs, the serene master suite is certainly worthy of a diva, with its private balcony, sitting area, and fireplace. The lavish bathroom includes a stand-alone tub and fireplace. In addition, the retreat features a double walk-in closet, and a mirrored wardrobe.

Outside, the resortlike space boasts a pool and spa, cascading waterfalls, cabana with fireplace, and barbecue area.

From 1975 to 1993, Parkinson presented prizes on the long-running CBS game show “The Price Is Right.” Her 18-year tenure on the show was among the longest of any of the prize models. After she left the show, she filed suit in 1994 against host Bob Barker, claiming he had sexually harassed her for years. Barker denied the accusations, and she eventually dropped the suit. Parkinson was also the spokesperson for the home exerciser EZ Krunch.
