Drumroll, please. Max Weinberg—longtime drummer for Bruce Springsteen‘s E Street Band—is selling his Delray Beach, FL, home. Purchased a little over two years ago for $4 million, the fantastic Florida spread is now available for $5.25 million.

Built in 2013, the gated residence located on a cul-de-sac is just blocks from Delray beaches. The 5,092-square-foot modern two-story is made from block concrete and features six bedrooms and five full bathrooms.

In the open living and dining space, you’ll find beamed ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Those doors flow out to an outdoor dining and living area. Just adjacent is the newly installed kitchen with an oversized island, plenty of counter space, and a wall of windows.

The home also includes a custom screening room, an office, and a gym. Upstairs, which is accessible by stairs or elevator, you’ll find the master suite with a separate sitting area or office. The second floor also features a wraparound veranda.

Downstairs, a separate guest suite for family or visitors includes its own entrance, as well as a breakfast bar with a fridge and microwave.

Outside, along with the loggia, the spread features a pool, spa, fire pit, and a dog run. A three-car garage completes the smart home.

While Weinberg is best known as a drummer with Springsteen, and as the former bandleader for Conan O’Brien’s late-night TV show, he’s also a serial house flipper.

Weinberg has previously bought and sold properties in Palm Beach, as well as Los Angeles and New York City, Variety reports, although he reportedly still keeps a home in his native New Jersey. We noticed when he snapped up some property in Lake Placid, NY.

“I’ve bought and sold about 36 homes; lived in maybe like three of them,” he told the Wall Street Journal in a 2016 article about his multiple home renovations.

Candace Friis with the Corcoran Group holds the listing.
