Miami Heat forward Justise Winslow has settled down and made the Miami area home.
After four solid seasons with the Heat, Winslow recently purchased a $3.3 million mansion in Coral Gables, a popular suburb just outside the Miami bustle.
Drafted by the Heat out of Duke University in 2015, Winslow signed a three-year, $39 million contract extension with the team in October 2018. One year after inking the deal, he made a move to score this luxe spread.
Resembling a compound, the property offers a main house and two guesthouses. The main house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master suite offers not one, but two walk-in closets—ideal for a sneaker collection, perhaps?
Two of the bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and the second master bedroom is en suite.
The bathrooms all feature custom tiling. Cherry wood and marble flooring run throughout the home, and cool, calming colors accent the walls, making the space relaxing, which is probably key for the budding star. The kitchen complements this relaxing color scheme with dark wood cabinets and recessed lighting.
Breezeways off either side of the main house lead to guesthouses. Between the two of them, there’s a gym/meditation room, an extra bedroom, and a garage.
The Mediterranean-style abode is set against mature oaks and lush landscaping. A pool and spa, as well as a covered veranda, make the space ideal for enjoying nature’s bounty on a warm Florida evening.
Winslow, 23, made his NBA debut at the age of 19. Known for his defensive prowess, he has steadily improved his offensive game over the years. He’s currently dealing with a back injury, which has limited him to only 10 games thus far in the season.
