Houston Rockets point guard Russell Westbrook is still shooting for a sale of his Beverly Hills, CA, home. It’s back on the market for a discounted $5.69 million.
The NBA All-Star initially listed his trophy home in June for $6 million.
The Long Beach, CA, native purchased the home in 2015 for $4.65 million from reality TV star Scott Disick, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The 4,095-square-foot, two-story home is located on a private street. It has five beds and 5.5 baths.
The floor plan features floor-to-ceiling walls of glass, which open to canyon and city views. The open kitchen is equipped with an oversize island, stone counters, built-in cappuccino maker, and side-by-side fridge and freezer. The kitchen adjoins the dining room and living space, which opens out to the patio.
The master suite comes with a spa bath with dual vanities, a walk-in closet, and a private balcony. Additional space includes a media room and a second-floor sitting area. The grassy backyard includes a pool and lounge area.
Westbrook apparently upgraded to a brand-new, $19.75 million mansion in Brentwood in 2018, according to the Times.
The 30-year-old, who attended UCLA, played with the Oklahoma City Thunder from 2008 to 2019. He was traded this summer to the Houston Rockets. The eight-time NBA All-Star was also named the NBA Most Valuable Player in the 2016–17 season.
