After parting with the Denver Broncos at the end of the 2018 NFL season, head coach Vance Joseph and his wife, Holly, had a few real estate matters to tackle.

First, they needed a tenant for their gorgeous Castle Rock, CO, estate. Second, the couple needed to find a new home in the desert, where Joseph was starting a new job as the defensive coordinator for the Arizona Cardinals.

Just a few months later, it looks as if they’ve got it all figured out. The Josephs have landed in a sweet retreat in Paradise Valley, AZ, with walls of glass and an infinity pool overlooking spectacular views. They purchased the place in early August for $2.55 million.

Built in 2014, the home sits on over an acre of land in the gated, guarded Clearwater Hills neighborhood. The contemporary four-bedroom residence spans more than 5,200 square feet. The interiors are luxurious and wide open, culminating in the owner’s suite, which offers a striking master bathroom and views for days.

The Josephs have excellent taste in real estate, in no matter which state. The couple left an incredible home in Castle Rock, CO, with style to spare and stunning mountain views. They were looking for a renter to take the place for $10,000 per month. Today, the home is no longer available, and we figure that they have found a tenant.

For now, the Josephs will enjoy their striking new desert digs and a fresh start in the Grand Canyon State.

And while things are going well with the Cardinals, Joseph is still looking for another head coaching job, according to The Undefeated.

“I really appreciate John [Elway] and the Bowlen family for giving me a chance to be their head coach for two years,” Joseph told the sports website. “I have no bitterness at all. Hopefully, if I hang in there and do the right things, I’ll get my chance again. Having a chance to do it the first time, your second time is only going to be better.”

There’s no telling how long the Josephs will be in Arizona, but there’s little doubt that no matter where they end up, they’ll be living in style.
