“Real Housewives of New York City” star Luann de Lesseps has placed on the market a waterfront home in upstate New York, the New York Post reports. She’s asking $1.15 million for the splashy space.
The midcentury modern dwelling made waves as the site of some domestic drama when the “Real Housewives” star and her castmates headed up to the place in season 11.
But the reality TV personality bought the spot in Port Ewen, NY, before she embarked on her popular cabaret show, and has only visited “around 10 times in two years,” she told the Post. The home last changed hands in 2018 for $950,000, according to realtor.com®.
While the picturesque property served as a backdrop on the small screen, the circular four-bedroom space is a star on its own.

Built in 1966, the 2,400-square-foot structure offers three bedrooms and four bathrooms, with gorgeous river views.
The turnkey residence features an open floor plan with slate floors and walls of windows. The modern kitchen, which has a large island, looks out to the dining area.
The sunny living area, with fireplace, leads out to a waterfront deck, a perfect place to host parties or to watch ships passing by.
The master bedroom offers views of the river, and includes an en suite bathroom. A guest suite comes with its own separate entrance. On the lower level, another room can host guests or double as a studio.
Located on nearly an acre of land, the property boasts grassy lawns, 200 feet of river frontage, a private dock, and mooring for a boat. With the riverfront location, water sports are an appealing option during the warmer months. Dive off the dock, head out on a speedboat, or go kayaking.
As for de Lesseps, she still has other options. At present, she is sheltering in her home in Sag Harbor, NY, the Post notes.
Two years ago, the former countess had appeared to be considering trading in her Hamptons home for the Hudson River.
The year she bought this place in Port Ewen, she listed the renovated four-bedroom residence in Sag Harbor for $6.25 million. Records show that she paid $3.1 million for the place in 2013. It’s now off the market.
