Put this one in the win column: “SportsCenter” host Scott Van Pelt purchased a massive estate in Bethesda, MD, for $4.25 million in March.
Earlier this year, it was announced that the popular anchor would be departing from ESPN’s Bristol, CT, studios and relocating to his native Maryland. He’ll continue to host the midnight edition of the network’s wrap of the day’s sporting events.
Van Pelt’s enormous Georgian Colonial-style estate was built in 2003, and features six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, spread across a vast 11,519 square feet of living space.
