“Real Housewives of New York” alum Bethenny Frankel has reportedly sold another home. Her Bridgehampton, NY, property is currently under contract for $2.28 million, according to the New York Post.

The founder of Skinnygirl has been busy wheeling and dealing in real estate. Just weeks ago, she sold a loft in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood for a reported $3.65 million.

As for the Hamptons house, Frankel, 49, picked it up in 2017 for $2 million. After undergoing a modern makeover, the 1910 mansion, once a bed-and-breakfast known as the “Morning Glory House,” was offered for rent in 2018 for $150,000 per month.

Since then, the fully furnished showpiece was placed on the market for as much as $2.99 million. The price dropped over the months, eventually reaching $2,595,000.

Hidden behind hedges and gated for privacy, the seven-bedroom, shingle-style residence is situated on 0.6 acre on the edge of the hamlet of Bridgehampton. The 4,200-square-foot residence features a wraparound veranda, and interiors that are “all impeccably reimagined by a known celebrity designer,” the listing notes.

The ground level includes a large gathering room with a white marble wet bar and French doors that open to the patio and pool. In addition, a second living room includes a fireplace, dining room, bath, and butler’s pantry.

The kitchen, with all-new professional appliances, is adjacent to a windowed breakfast room. Upstairs is the master suite and additional bedrooms.

Outside, the generous lawn and garden surround the heated pool, stone patio, and large dining area.

The seaside locale is close to the stylish shops and salons of Bridgehampton, as well as its numerous gourmet food markets and restaurants.

Frankel still has a spot to summer. She has reportedly owned another Bridgehampton retreat since 2013, according to the Observer. She has also renovated a 4,000-square-foot SoHo loft, which Architectural Digest featured in 2018.

No longer with the “Housewives” franchise, Frankel has branched out on her own. Her upcoming reality competition series, “The Big Shot With Bethenny,” will stream on HBO Max.

Caroline A. Sarraf with Compass represented the listing.
