Kelly Clarkson’s New Furniture Line Could Add a Touch of Happy During COVID Quarantine

George Pimentel/WireImage; Wayfair

Can Kelly Clarkson actually help make your long days of home quarantine a bit more bearable? The singer-songwriter’s new furniture collection at Wayfair, dubbed “Kelly Clarkson Home,” is poised to bring shoppers a bit of solace as they shelter in place.

Revenue at Wayfair has seen a big boost recently, as people stuck at home realize that their furnishings are badly in need of an upgrade.

In addition, 25% of the profits of this pretty line of 550 products will be earmarked to support COVID-19 relief efforts, now through April 17.

So in a way, furnishing your home will be helping others, too. (You can also rest easy knowing that Wayfair has et up a no-contact delivery system, which means that you won’t have to supply a signature for your goodies.)

Clarkson’s French Country-inspired collection of furniture and accessories includes living room sets, bedding, lighting, rugs, and tabletop items that start as low as $30, so you can afford to feather your nest as you stay put. Here are some of our top picks.

1. Console table

Try this slender piece, with a distressed finish, along the back of your couch.

Wayfair

Running out of workspace at home? A makeshift desk is a smart idea for overflow, so consider this console for the hallway or a teenager’s room. Slide a chair in front, and a laptop fits perfectly on top—and when it’s not in use, it’ll be right at home in the foyer with a lamp and tray for your keys ($330).

2. End table

This side table offers vintage charm plus storage.

Wayfair

You’ll need a good-looking command center from which to direct your family’s indoor activities—and this side table has you covered. With a built-in power unit that features two outlets and two USB ports, you can charge devices and rest with your morning smoothie in style. Bonus: The piece comes in three soft shades, including cream, blue-green, and gray ($193).

3. Storage ottoman

Tufting and nailhead trim elevates this workaday piece.

Wayfair

Here’s a twofer: a handsome ottoman that offers seating plus a storage shelf. We also love the way this piece’s pale pattern can tie together most living room color palettes.

The best part is probably the large size, which means that two people could share the perch and that a big tray with books and flowers fits nicely on top ($350).

4. Desk chair

Swivel and tilt with ease during your next Zoom session.

Wayfair

Sure, you could use an extra kitchen chair at your desk, but wouldn’t a soft, upholstered number be so much better? You deserve a comfy, cozy seat while working from home, and this one fits the bill. Adjust the height and roll quietly on four casters, and you may find that working from home doesn’t seem so arduous after all ($240).

5. Cotton throw

Out with faux fur and mohair, and in with lightweight cottons like this one.

Wayfair

Tassels and pompoms and more! Springtime’s the right time to clear out heavy blankets and darker tones and replace them with brighter colors and airy fabrics.

This cotton throw features delicate leafy embroidery and puffy pink tufts, to drape across a bedroom accent chair or a settee ($76).

6. Lamp set

You can’t beat two lamps at this price.

Wayfair

A pair of lamps, shades included, for less than $100? The antique black finish is distressed just enough to offer depth and texture, and the simple beige drum shade works well in traditional, boho, and contemporary rooms ($71 for two).

7. Throw pillow

The cover is removable—and machine-washable.

Wayfair

Perk up your couch or bedroom with this stylish floral throw pillow. The cover zips off for easy cleaning, and it comes with a polyester insert, so you don’t need to search the web for the right size to fill it. Choose from seven cute colors and two sizes ($36).
