On his way to Vegas, former Tennessee Titans QB Marcus Mariota has sold his cool modern home in Nashville, TN, for $790,000.
The sale price came in just under Mariota’s initial asking price of $799,900. Even though he took just a hair less, he was able to offload the place in rapid fashion—it sold in just under a month.
Sleek and chic, the four-bedroom abode was built in 2017, and was sold to the quarterback that year for $745,000.
Measuring in at over 3,000 square feet, the three-level home is packed with custom upgrades. Highlights include an open concept living room-kitchen, a spectacular dining room, and an oversized master suite.
Entertaining is also a breeze—the backyard offers both covered and uncovered entertainment options.
Best of all for the buyers? They acquired everything in the home. All furnishings were included in the sale: the indoor and outdoor furniture, the beds, even the televisions.

The home is just a few minutes west of downtown Nashville and Nissan Stadium, where the Titans play on Sundays.
In 2015, Mariota was the second overall pick in the NFL draft, after a Heisman-winning stint at the University of Oregon. With the Titans, his performance never matched the initial hype generated by his fabulous college career.
He led the Titans to the playoffs in 2017, but was eventually benched, before the team went on a playoff run in 2019. In March, he signed a two-year, $17.6 million contract with the Las Vegas Raiders.
The Hawaii native also owns a home in Oahu that he purchased in May 2017. The brand-new, four-bedroom home sits in the town of Kailua, on a quiet side street a block away from Kailua Beach.
Before he bought this Nashville home, Mariota owned a penthouse condo in Nashville’s Icon Gulch neighborhood. Back in 2015, he paid just over a million for a 1,890-square-foot unit with three bedrooms. He turned around and sold the unit for $1.375 million in August 2017.
