Falling squarely into the “All good things must come to an end” category, the Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn and her former fiancé, the New Jersey Devils defenseman P.K. Subban, are selling the posh Beverly Hills home they bought together a little less than a year ago.
Not being one to stand still, Vonn has already purchased another residence in Beverly Hills. It’s a little smaller, at 3,420 square feet, and was quite a bit less expensive ($3.4 million), but is equally luxurious.
When the couple purchased the home they bought together for $6.75 million in April 2020, they were planning on officially tying the knot later in the year.
Instead, they announced their split last December, and appear to be dividing their mutual assets. Their four-bedroom, six-bathroom luxury home recently landed on the market for $7,175,000.

Vonn, 36, is considered one of the most successful American skiers of all time. She won four World Cup overall championships, and has won an Olympic gold medal as well as two bronze medals.
She retired from competitive skiing in 2019, and can currently be seen hosting the canine adventure competition “The Pack.”
Subban, 31, is a native of Canada and starred for the Montreal Canadians and the Nashville Predators before being traded to the New Jersey Devils in 2019.
In October, he and Vonn announced that they are members of the ownership group of the Los Angeles-based National Women’s Soccer League team Angel City FC, which will start to play in 2022. He’s reported to be living near his team in New Jersey, while Vonn remains on the West Coast.
