The NBA superstar LeBron James is dribbling away from one of his Brentwood homes, the New York Post reports. The posh property is available for a cool $20.5 million.

The owner of multiple properties around L.A. and beyond, the Los Angeles Lakers star scooped up this place in 2015 for $20,986,500, slightly more than he’s asking now.

We’re pretty sure he can handle a small loss on his property portfolio, given that he’s raking in millions from his recent contract extension. At the time of the purchase, the deal fueled reports—which proved to be true—that James was planning a move from his hometown Cleveland Cavaliers to the Lakers.

Built in 2011, the 9,440-square-foot-space features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The gated traditional is located on the “coveted Rockingham Rim” area of Brentwood, the listing notes, and includes the “perfect floor plan.”

The sprawling interior includes “every imaginable amenity,” such as two family rooms and a lavish master suite with a sitting room, terrace, en suite bathroom, and two closets.

The high-ceilinged floor plan includes formal living and dining rooms, a kitchen with a breakfast nook, and a family room that opens out to a loggia with heaters.

Other amenities include a media room, paneled library, gym, elevator, four fireplaces, a three-car garage—and one basketball hoop.

And the half-acre lot includes lap pool and spa, poolside cabana, and expansive views.

David Offer with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices holds the listing.

Potential buyers hoping to acquire some of the MVP’s magic dust along with the mansion may be disappointed.

He’s not likely to have lived in the property for some time, since he owns two other mansions in the L.A. area.

James picked up a second Brentwood estate in 2017 for $23 million. Purchased brand-new, the eight bedroom abode includes a living area with sliding glass doors, a 1,500-bottle wine cellar, home theater, spacious kitchen, gym, a wine and cigar lounge, and a bar.

The grounds boast marble patios, an outdoor kitchen with a built-in barbecue, and oversized pool.

Beverly Hills buy

Last year, King James got the real estate ball rolling again, when he paid the princely sum of $36,750,000 for a massive compound in Beverly Hills.

The rare, 2.5-acre property is set over a promontory at the end of a long driveway, with views of downtown Los Angeles, the ocean, and the Santa Monica Mountains.

Built in 1934, the Mediterranean-inspired estate has four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and 9,146 square feet of living space. It features two bedroom suites, multiple entertaining areas, and seven fireplaces.

The property also comes with a screening room, pool, and poolhouse with two bathrooms. The storied estate had been owned by Lee Phillip Bell, co-creator of the popular and long-running soap operas “The Young and the Restless” and “The Bold and the Beautiful.” Previously, it had even been rented by the screen star Katharine Hepburn.

Ohio empire

The Ohio native also has a huge spread in Akron where he can stay when visiting his family. It was built during his time playing for the Cavaliers.

The custom home, built on multiple parcels, includes a 30,000-square-foot mansion with six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

It also has an additional property that could act as a guesthouse, as well as a recording studio, a two-lane bowling alley, a casino, theater, sports bar, aquarium, barbershop, and a master bedroom suite with a two-story walk-in closet.

Naturally, the property also includes a regulation basketball court.

Miami mansion

James, now 36, owned a Florida home during his stint with the Miami Heat, for which he paid a not-unsubstantial $9 million in 2010 for a massive, waterfront mansion in Coconut Grove.

After migrating back to the Cavaliers, the athlete placed the 12,000-square-foot contemporary abode on the market in 2014 for an eyebrow-raising $17 million, where it languished for months before finally selling for $13.4 million.

Now that he’s with the Lakers, the basketball great is coming off yet another NBA championship. The legendary player has four NBA championships with three teams, four NBA Most Valuable Player awards, and four Finals MVP Awards.
