Regis Philbin—the former host of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire”—is letting go of his multimillion-dollar home in Greenwich, CT.

It’s listed for $4.595 million, and the home’s next owner will need to be a millionaire to move in, but the asking price is about 36% less than what the broadcast legend paid for the place over a decade ago, the Wall Street Journal reported.

Located just 40 minutes from Manhattan, the home offers a resortlike atmosphere on 2.59 acres. It was built in 1997, and the 13,661-square-foot property offers both a main house and a guesthouse. Inspired by an English manor, also features a circular drive and secluded grounds.

Opening into a two-story foyer, the interior includes a double-height family room with a stone fireplace, a formal dining room, and a chef’s kitchen with marble counters, two islands, and a breakfast nook.

Luxe features include a mahogany library, sunroom, a “pub room” with full bar (decorated with memorabilia), game room, home theater, gym, sauna, and a wine cellar. The six-bedroom floor plan includes a generously sized master suite with two bathrooms.

Outdoors, terraces and a fountain surround the pool and spa, with a tennis court nearby. Along garden walkways, find a separate one-bedroom guesthouse with a kitchen, bath, and loft. There’s garage space for up to five cars.

Regis and his wife, Joy, have decided to sell to move to the West Coast, so they can be closer to family in California, the Journal notes. And they’re prepared. They purchased a Beverly Hills condo for $2.5 million in 2016, according to the Los Angeles Times. They also enjoy a high-end apartment on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

Philbin, a New York native who has hosted TV game and talk shows since the 1960s, was the co-star of “Live! With Regis and Kathie Lee” starting in 1988, which then became “Live! With Regis and Kelly.” He also debuted the first season of “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire.” Joy Philbin would sometimes co-host with her husband on “Live.”

Joseph Barbieri of Sotheby’s International Realty Greenwich Brokerage holds the listing.
