ESPN play-by-play voice Sean McDonough has listed his regal ranch house in Scottsdale, AZ, for $2.5 million.

The large five-bedroom house is located in the highly desirable Arcadia neighborhood, which is filled with shops, restaurants, and bars. The property was originally built in 1964 and was rebuilt with modern farmhouse flair in 2015.

Measuring in at over 4,300 square feet, the open floor plan and large, entertainer’s kitchen make an inviting and comfortable gathering place for events large and small.

Stylish wide-planked distressed wood flooring, high ceilings, and top-of-the-line finishes are just a few of the home’s highlights. Outdoors, the large covered patio and lovely pool and spa area are the perfect perch for soaking up the desert sun.

Sean is the son of the late sports journalist Will McDonough and was raised in Boston. When Sean and his two brothers, Ryan McDonough, the former general manager of the Phoenix Suns, and Terry, an executive with the Arizona Cardinals organization, became adults, each bought homes and settled in the Phoenix area.

Their sisters, Erin and Cara, are also highly successful in their own right—in media relations and as an Under Armour executive, respectively.

“We live and die with each other’s achievements,” Sean told the Arizona Republic of his close-knit family.

But with Ryan’s departure from the Suns in 2018, there is some question over whether the brothers will continue to live in Arizona.

Terry got a promotion with the Cardinals over the summer, but the decision raised some speculation that he might have been getting ready to take a general manager job elsewhere.

Sean McDonough was the lead play-by-play announcer on Monday Night Football from 2016-2017, and continues to call college football for ESPN.
