Former NBA star Jermaine O’Neal is taking another shot at selling his massive mansion in Southlake, TX. The home is listed at a price of $11.49 million, but the all-star property is headed the auction block with no reserve in early December.

The resortlike estate with every high-end amenity in the upscale Texas suburb was built in 2012. In 2018, we reported that O’Neal was hoping to pass the megamansion on to a willing buyer for $11 million.

With no takers, the property is up for grabs through Concierge Auctions, in collaboration with the listing agent Caroline Summers with Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International. The perk-packed home comes completely furnished.

Beginning on Dec. 10, interested bidders can begin shooting their shots. Bidding is set to close a couple of days later. The eventual winner will snag quite a prize.

The palatial property comes with eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms, spread over 16,477 square feet of living space. The listing details note that the mansion is an “entertainer’s paradise.”

Gathering spots are everywhere, including multiple living areas and a family room. The state-of-the art kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances, a center island, breakfast bar, and dining nook. There’s also a separate formal dining room.

A new owner will have plenty of choices for activities, both inside and outside.

Inside, you can lounge in the game room with wet bar, roll on the two-lane bowling alley, or chill in the tiered home theater. Or work up a sweat in the gym or full-sized regulation basketball court.

The resort feel is readily apparent outdoors, with almost 5 acres that feature a huge pool with a slide, an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, lounging and dining patios, lawns, and golf green.

In addition, the home comes with an elevator, a mosquito misting system, and a circular drive with a fountain. A six-car garage completes the offering.

O’Neal, 41, jumped straight from high school to the NBA in 1996 with the Portland Trail Blazers. He wound up playing in the league for 18 seasons with a variety of teams, and made the NBA All-Star team six times.
