“Avatar” star Sam Worthington still wants to sell his Hollywood home.
Earlier this year, the actor put the property up for sale with an asking price of $9.25 million.
With no takers, the luxe home reappeared on the market in mid-October—with a price increase, offered at $9.5 million. The pricing plot twist didn’t last long. In mid-November, the figure was brought back down to the current $9.25 million.
Located in a sought-after neighborhood minutes away from the Sunset Strip, the chic take on a Cape Cod offers a sweet blend of indoor and outdoor living. Completed in 2015, the five-bedroom home is set behind gates and privacy hedges to keep prying eyes at bay.
