“Sopranos” star Michael Imperioli is selling his Santa Barbara, CA, home for $1,995,000. The European-style “sanctuary” dubbed Villa La Cima last changed hands just two years ago for $1,525,000.

Built in 1980, the home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, on 2,060 square feet.

Lavishly decorated, the interiors include draped fabric on the ceilings, opulent chandeliers, and large picture windows.

The home is located on a picturesque, tree-lined cul-de-sac, and its floor plan includes two master suites, located in different wings of the house.

The listing details helpfully point out that the dual master suites allow for a flexible floor plan.

The living room includes cathedral ceilings and opens to a large patio with a view, perfect for entertaining. Another living area features French doors that lead out to a loggia and patios, allowing for outdoor dining and lounging.

A large kitchen includes a breakfast bar and looks out to a formal dining room.

As for the bedrooms, one pictured is awash in red textiles, used for the drapes, couches, and bed coverings. A gray-themed bedroom features an Emmy statue on the desk and a few guitars and keyboard by the bed.

Set on just over a half-acre, the property boasts a grassy multilevel lawn with a dog run, as well as fruit trees.

Located just across from Elings Park, the setting is just a quick drive to the beach, as well as the restaurants and shopping of downtown Santa Barbara.

The actor and his wife, the interior designer Victoria Imperioli, owned another home in the area, which they placed on the market in 2018, according to the Los Angeles Times.

That restored Victorian was on the market for $2.65 million and was also decorated to the max. It featured similar decor, including the drapery hung from the ceilings.

The actor has recently relocated to a sublet on the Upper West Side to film his New York-based series, “Lincoln Rhyme: Hunt for the Bone Collector.”

Imperioli notes in a profile of his UWS apartment in the New York Times that his wife decorated the home “in a day and a half.” The furnishings, many in the Hollywood Regency style, incorporate pieces culled from the couple’s “previous residences, offices, and a theater they once owned.”

The actor, who is 54, won an Emmy for his work as Christopher Moltisanti on “The Sopranos.” More recently, he’s also appeared in the TV shows “Alex, Inc.,” “Mad Dogs,” and “Law & Order.”

Scott McCosker with Coldwell Banker Realty Montecito holds the listing.
