The comedian Nick Kroll has snagged a seriously sweet pad for $6 million, Variety reported.

Described as “uber private,” the Spanish Colonial Revival, in the celebrity-packed Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, had come on the market in early July for $5,895,000.

Just a few weeks later, Kroll swooped in and wound up paying over asking price, an indication that this gorgeous home was a hit with a number of prospective homebuyers.

The “Big Mouth” star landed quite a chunk of real estate. The five-bedroom, five-bathroom abode spans 4,770 square feet and includes a detached guest casita.

The 1920s main house features tastefully renovated interiors, including tiled floors, a large living room with huge arched windows and a fireplace, as well as a formal dining room separated by a barn door.

In the listing details, the kitchen is described as “Spanish with an industrial twist.” It features green painted cabinets, an island, Peruvian walnut counters, and hand-stamped concrete tiles. The kitchen flows right out to the adjacent walled courtyard.

Outdoors, an oasis awaits. The dining and cooking areas are enlivened by a fountain with handcrafted Moroccan tile and a two-story fireplace with frieze tile. A pool is surrounded by tropical landscaping.

The property offers plenty of other ways to enjoy the outdoors, with large terraces, balconies, and patios that extend the living area beyond the walls of the home. Other details include a master bedroom with private balcony, and an elevator that accesses the various floors.

In addition to an eye for swanky real estate, Kroll is known for his Comedy Central series “Kroll Show.”

His animated series on Netflix, “Big Mouth,” has received critical acclaim. He toured the United States with the “Oh, Hello” show, with John Mulaney, who also owns a home in the neighborhood.

According to Variety, Kroll is no stranger to the area. He lived in a smaller, Spanish-style home nearby that he picked up in 2012.
