Summer’s almost here, and one of the most infamous party houses in the Hamptons is still on the market for $4 million.

The 5-acre estate in Watermill, NY, which has been featured on the past three seasons of Bravo’s “Summer House,” awaits a bold buyer. It’s a gorgeous property that has ably served as a camera-ready backdrop, where the social life of the rosé-swilling cast has unfolded in epic fashion.

The premise of “Summer House” is dead simple: Impossibly beautiful young professionals from New York City chip in to rent a beach house for the summer.

Add in booze, bikinis, boys, and late nights, and the result is a raucous (and dramatic!) romp through summer that has proved to be an addictive addition to Bravo’s reality TV stable.

Led by Kyle Cooke, its messy master of ceremonies and purveyor of Loverboy Hard Tea, the cast has hosted major bashes at this mansion.

As a prime example, check out Cooke’s birthday party from season four, which was inspired by the movie “Animal House.” It also included an unfortunate incident with goats on the tennis court.

Here’s the ever perfectly coiffed Kyle posing in front of the Watermill house.

After what we can only assume was a deep cleaning and more than a few repairs, the house is back to its original glory across its eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and 6,500 square feet.

Built in 2006, the house offers oodles of amenities in addition to its Bravo street cred.

There’s a heated gunite pool with room for a crowd, hot tub (of course), all-weather tennis court (without a trace of goats!), and a balcony for sipping coffee or screaming well-wishes to hordes of half-naked party people sunning below.

There’s also a finished basement with entertainment center, pool table, kitchenette, and full bathroom. The three-car garage provides plenty of parking for guests.

With the lights and cameras packed away, the listing photos show a classic, elegant, light-filled retreat without a trace of mess from summers past.

During its first season, the “Summer House” cast decided to “do a summer house” in Montauk, NY. However, after complaints from the community, the Bravo crew settled into this very grown-up Southampton home in seasons two through four.

Here are most of the roommates enjoying the pool during season four, which premiered on Bravo on May 6.

With the house on the market, we wonder about the future of the franchise: Will the crew find another warm-weather party palace in an exclusive Suffolk County hamlet?

We’ll have to stay tuned to find out. For now, it’s the ideal time for some other weekend warrior to pick up where the squad left off at this luxe address.
