This week’s oldest listing dates all the way to 1652. Known as Toddsbury, the Virginia farm comes with 56.4 acres, plus a manor home from over a century before the United States was founded. Also dubbed the “Jewel of Tidewater,” it sits on a full mile of waterfront on the North River and is filled with lavish gardens.

It’s not the only old home to land on the market this week loaded down with extras. There’s also a Maryland estate from 1713 with its own trout stream, duck pond, and horse facilities, and a Massachusetts property from 1690 that has its own lavender field and farm stand. Then there’s the ultraprivate, 73-acre estate tucked in the Catskill Mountains from 1716 with a perfect mix of forest, water, and open fields.

Journey back in time with us as we scope out 10 of this week’s antique beauties.
