The pro golfer Corey Pavin hopes to line up a buyer for his longtime Los Angeles abode. Pavin’s place is now on the market for $3,599,000.
Pavin purchased the Brentwood-area home for $3 million at the end of 2007. When he bought it, the gated property was said to have been recently renovated, and it has remained in pristine shape.
The current listing details note that the space is “well-maintained and move-in ready.”
The modern residence features walls of glass with multiple access points outside, soaring ceilings, and plenty of natural light.
