Music legend and 15-time Latin Grammy award winner Alejandro Sanz is still looking for a buyer for his waterfront Miami Beach mansion. The Mediterranean Revival mansion is located on Sunset Lake along the Intracoastal Waterway.

Sanz’s home originally landed on the market in 2014, with an $18 million asking price. It’s now back on the market for $14.9 million—a 17% price cut. The Miami-Dade County area has experienced runaway growth for many years, but the signs are pointing to a potential cooling of the local market.

The recent price cut may spur interest from buyers around the world interested in a killer waterfront property in one of the United States’ most popular spots for a second home.

True to his musician’s roots, the songwriter has a fully equipped recording studio in his home designed by Grammy-winning engineer Rafael Sardina.

The interior of the beautifully restored 1933 mansion also features the work of the late Wallace Tutt. The legendary designer decorated the homes of celebs such as Gianni Versace, Cher, Jack Nicholson, and Elle McPherson.

Tutt was known for his elegant but understated style and was responsible for making Versace’s mansion a South Beach icon.

The 7,500-square-foot mansion has nine bedrooms, a gym, tennis court, heated pool, 160 feet of water frontage, and two private boat docks. The glorious pool is in keeping with the home’s architectural style and is heated for year-round use.

Sanz is a Spanish-born guitarist and singer-songwriter who soared to international fame in the late 1990s and is known for his flamenco-influenced music. His hits include “Corazón Partío,” “Y, Si Fuera Ella?” and  “Amiga Mía.” He also teamed up with Shakira for the hit “La Tortura” and with Alicia Keys on “Looking for Paradise.”
