A rare collection of waterfront property on the market for $54 million in Naples, FL, is this week’s most expensive new listing on realtor.com®.

Dubbed “Posada Del Sol,” the bay-to-beach multiple-lot compound covers 2.5 acres of property.

Located in the ritzy town’s exclusive enclave of Port Royal, the enormous spread includes a private sandy beach, heated pool, koi ponds, and numerous outdoor living spaces.

Built in 1995, it was last on the market in 2005, when it sold for almost $25 million.

Fifteen years later, the price has more than doubled for this slice of paradise. The main residence includes four bedrooms and 7,000 square feet of living space. The property also includes a separate guesthouse.

Made up of multiple lots, the property also boasts a 75-foot deepwater concrete dock, as well as a chickee hut, four-bedroom guest bungalow, two-bedroom carriage house, and three indoor parking bays, all set among a canopy of banyan trees.

The huge compound is a standout because it straddles both sides of the water, offering access to Naples Bay and the Gulf waters.

“There are beachfront properties in Port Royal. And there are bay-front properties for boaters,” says the listing agent, Frank Sajtar with William Raveis Real Estate.

However, this huge property solves the dilemma of choice, by offering the best of both worlds.

“They own the beachfront and bay side. … It’s really rare to have both,” adds Sajtar.

The main residence features whimsical Florida flourishes, such as turquoise awnings, pink walls, and fish-themed decor.

Formal spaces include a living room with glass doors that open to the outside. An eat-in kitchen painted pink contains a large island, a counter with bar seating, as well as a dining area. Multiple bedrooms open to the outdoors, and there’s a terrace that looks out to the water.

The multiple buildings could house a multigenerational family and offer plenty of recreational pursuits without leaving home.

Named the country’s most expensive neighborhood by Robb Report in 2018, Port Royal has around 500 posh properties.

The waterfront neighborhood includes mansions with deep waterfront docks, so residents can dock their yacht or sailboat right outside the front door. The nearby beachside Port Royal Club offers members convenient restaurants, bars, a fitness center, a spa, recreation, and entertainment.
