A working sheep farm in Massachusetts known as Bogastow Farm is the oldest listing to land on the market this week on realtor.com®. About 25 miles southwest of Boston, the main house on the 64-acre property dates all the way to 1693.

The property has been in the family of the current owners since 1953, and they are seeking a buyer interested in continuing the agricultural operation and the spirit of conservation that has kept this parcel pristine over the centuries.

Apart from Bogastow, this week’s senior listings include a former whaler’s house in New Jersey, a shorefront property with spectacular views in New Hampshire, and a stylish beach house built in 1720, complete with lobster wallpaper in the powder room.

There’s plenty for antique architecture lovers to savor this week. Take a look and enjoy.
