Steve Mariucci, the former NFL coach, is prepped to take a loss on his New York City apartment.

The NFL Network analyst has put the Upper East Side condo on the market for $2,595,000. The offensive guru purchased the three-bedroom pad in 2015 for $3.2 million, so he’s going to be sacked for a loss on the sale price.

The place came back to the market quickly after Mariucci, 64, acquired it, realtor.com® records show.

The unit was listed in August 2016 for $3.8 million, which was dropped to $3.65 million in the fall. The price was finally chopped down once more at the end of the year, to $3.5 million.

Last year, the unit reappeared for $3.4 million. With no buyers biting, the home’s price fell again to $3.2 million, finally landing at $2.9 million by the end of the year.

At that point, the place seems to have been rented out for $10,000 a month. Earlier this year, it was offered as a rental again, for $11,000 a month.

Now listed at its lowest ask so far, the conveniently located pied-à-terre or investment property will be a score for a bargain-minded buyer.

The 1,743-square-foot apartment in the boutique building is accessed by private, keyed elevator. You then enter into a full-floor apartment with two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a third room used as a dressing room that could be turned into a third bedroom or office.

Floor-to-ceiling windows offer skyline views from the south-facing living room. The open kitchen includes a six-burner Wolf stove and oven, Sub-Zero fridge, and Miele dishwasher, and opens to the living and dining area.

The floor plan also features a wood-burning fireplace, and the living space opens to a private balcony that overlooks the Lenox Hill neighborhood and midtown Manhattan skyline.

Other details include wide-plank, white-oak flooring, marble baths, and custom closets with generous storage space.

In addition, residents also enjoy a part-time door attendant, a small basement gym, and a large private storage unit. The neighborhood is steps from shopping, restaurants, and the verdant expanse of Central Park.

On the West Coast, Mariucci has also offered up his long-time Del Mar, CA, beach house for $8.7 million. The 3,200-square-foot bungalow offers three bedrooms, ocean views, and indoor-outdoor space for lounging, dining, and entertaining.

Mariucci also owns a six-bedroom home in the upscale Bay Area city of Monte Sereno, CA, which he purchased in 1999, while he was serving as head coach for the San Francisco 49ers.

Mooch coached the 49ers from 1997 to 2002, and then moved on to coach the Detroit Lions in 2003. Since his dismissal from the Lions in 2005, he has worked as an analyst for the NFL Network.

Adam Mariucci with Compass holds the listing.
