The tennis star Caroline Wozniacki has lobbed her waterfront residence in Miami Beach on to the market. She and her husband, the two-time NBA All-Star David Lee, are asking $17.5 million for their luxe condo.

The couple purchased the massive, 8,430-square-foot residence on Fisher Island in 2018 for $13.5 million. While they love the home and the island, they’ve opted to downsize.

They still plan to stay on the island, according to the listing agent, Jill Hertzberg of The Jills Zeder Group, at Coldwell Banker Realty.

The cream-colored unit is in the 10-story, 46-unit Palazzo Del Sol, a luxury condo development. This residence, designed by the architecture firm Kobi Karp, features floor-to-ceiling glass, five bedrooms, and 5.5 bathrooms.

Designed and furnished by Artefacto, the property has views of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. If you like what you see in the listing photos, you’re in luck. The space is being sold fully furnished.

The entrance, which is accessed by private elevator, leads to an open layout, with walls of glass and 2,400 square feet of wraparound terraces that include dining and sitting areas.

Highlights include a gourmet Boffi kitchen with Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances, a master suite with a terrace, dual walk-in closets, and marble en suite bathroom. Other rooms include a game room, media room, dining space, and family room.

“From the curated spaces to the views, it’s really a special home,” Hertzberg says, stressing how tranquil the property feels from the moment you set foot in it. “Every detail was thought out, in terms of finishes, design, and function of each space—from a pool table to a media room, to the eat-in kitchen, to the outdoor spaces. Even the principal suite is its own home away from home.”

Palazzo Del Sol residents also enjoy luxury amenities including a fitness center and a zero-edge infinity pool and poolside cabanas, a hair and makeup salon, children’s play room, movie theater, bar and lounge, business meeting room with video conferencing, and valet parking. In addition, the island offers an exclusive golf course and tennis courts.

Fisher Island, which celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2019, is the wealthiest ZIP code in the United States. The private barrier island community can only be reached by private ferry or speedboat.

Originally from Denmark, the former tennis pro, who is now retired, was the winner of 30 Women’s Tennis Association singles titles.

Lee, a two-time NBA All-Star, began his career with the New York Knicks in 2005. He also played with the Golden State Warriors, and helped clinch a championship in 2015.

Jill Hertzberg and Jill Eber of The Jills Zeder Group at Coldwell Banker Realty are representing the sellers.
