Three-time Olympic gold medalist Shaun White is serious about moving out of Malibu, CA. On the heels of selling a ranch-style home on a bluff on Malibu’s prestigious Point Dume, he’s dropped the price of the modern Craftsman home he owns next door, from $12,750,000 to $10,995,000.

White bought the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in 2016 from Brian Kariger, founder of Dictionary.com, for $10.75 million. The home was previously owned by “The Bachelor” creator Mike Fleiss, according to Variety.

Measuring only 2,164 square feet, the home is relatively small—but it’s mighty in location and style. The exterior features a grassy lawn, glittering pool, and short walk to the beach, with access to the Pacific Ocean just minutes from the back door.

Because the lot is elevated above the beach, views of the ocean from most rooms in the house are spectacular. The main level features an abundance of windows and glass doors. A fireplace in the great room keeps everything warm and toasty. Solar panels on the roof supply energy and warmth to the rest of the home.

The upstairs bedrooms are also awash in sunlight (thanks to generous windows and glass doors) and come with private decks.

The grounds include a covered terrace with built-in barbecue, and the two-car garage out front is equipped with a Tesla plug-in.

White previously rented out this pristine beach house for prices ranging from $22,500 to $70,000 per month, depending on the season. Many beach houses in Malibu command even higher prices during the summer months.

Aaron Kirman, who’s with the Aaron Kirman Group at Compass and CNBC’s “Listing Impossible,” and Chris Cortazzo at Compass represent the listing.

White recently sold the property next door for $11.8 million, after originally putting it on the market for $14.5 million. He’d paid just under $9 million for the property in 2013. Fleiss was a previous owner of that property as well.

White, 33, still owns a number of residential properties in Los Angeles and a two-bedroom condo in Manhattan, which is reportedly on the market.

White, who has set multiple snowboarding records, holds the record for most X Games gold medals.
