Hey, now! The executive producer of “The Howard Stern Show,” Gary Dell’Abate, recently put his custom-built Greenwich, CT, mansion on the market. Howard Stern fans clicked like crazy to get a look at the home of the man known as Baba Booey. That intense interest made Dell’Abate’s place the most popular home on Realtor.com® this week.

The home has been mentioned on the show over the years, as Stern poked fun at Dell’Abate’s love of vinyl, his man cave, and his quirky taste. Most recently, the home was where Dell’Abate planned and coordinated the show during the pandemic.

Dell’Abate joins his fellow “Stern Show” cast regular Ronnie “The Limo Driver” Mund, who also recently put his home on the market. Mund is headed to Las Vegas, but we’re not sure of Dell’Abate’s ultimate destination. On the show, he’s discussed shopping for real estate in Maine. Whatever the case, he probably doesn’t need a home of this size with his sons all grown up.

Other homes you clicked on this week include a Pennsylvania-area home being sold by former Phillies pitcher Cole Hamels, a 1960s-era Missouri home built for baseball legend Roger Maris, and a Tennessee home stuffed with collectibles, dishes, and the saddest clown you’ll ever see.

4. 12221 Mar Bec Trl, Independence, MO

Price: $365,000
Why it’s here:
A tie to baseball history! This five-bedroom, 8,529-square-foot home was built in 1960 for legendary slugger Roger Maris. In the bathroom, there’s a tile mosaic that shows Maris swatting a homer. Those are all the pluses.

On the minus side, not much appears to have changed since the home was built. The interiors are filled with dated wallpaper, faded paint, and floors that need attention. For a buyer who sees the beautiful bones, though, this throwback might be a home run.

2. 2509 Bay Meadows Way, Sevierville, TN

Price: $254,900
Why it’s here:
The listing takes the safe route and lets the listing photos speak for themselves.

And this house is stuffed full of stuff. Curios, knickknacks, and bric-a-brac of every variety fill nearly every inch in this four-bedroom house. Take a look for yourself. Interested buyers might want to inquire to see if all the stuff will be removed prior to purchase.

1. 2 Old Farm Ln, Old Greenwich, CT

Price: $3,195,000
Why it’s here:
When your job is stressful, is high-profile, and includes your co-workers incessantly making fun of you, you’d want a retreat. It figures that the family home of Gary Dell’Abate, the “Stern Show” producer, is a sedate and sober spot away from the Sirius XM studios.

Built in 2007, the elegant five-bedroom home sits on a full acre in the upscale Hillcrest Park Old Farm Lane Association. Dell’Abate’s massive man cave has been a recurring topic on the show, and for fans of the show, it’s a must-see.
